Mr. Bromley is a Director of Fortuna Investment, a private investment firm in Vancouver. He was formerly an Investment Advisor at Jordan Capital Markets Inc. (now Mackie Research Capital Corp.) specializing in venture capital investments. Mr. Bromley received his Bachelor of Commerce in Finance at the University of Calgary and studied at the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology. He is a director of several TSX.V and CSE listed companies.
